By booking a photo shoot at Muse you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions
Reservations
Each one hour session can accommodate a maximum of six people and can include no more than four adults.
Children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult in the studio, and the party may not exceed the maximum stated above.
The number of adults and children attending must be stated at the time of booking and we must be informed of any changes.
Pets are allowed at the studio owner’s discretion.
Payment for the session must be made beforehand to secure the booking and is non refundable.
Clients may reschedule, provided notice is received, by phoning the studio on 01636 643 800. Clients who fail to turn up to their photo shoot without previous notice will loose their deposit.
If a client arrives late for an appointment, we cannot guarantee all aspects of the service and the payment cannot be refunded
Health and Safety
The studio has high powered flash lighting and anyone who suffers from any illness affected by flashing lights should not attend.
Muse will not be held responsible for any injuries incurred due to careless actions of the client
Behaviour
We do not tolerate anti social behaviour and reserve the right to remove people from our premises that pose a threat to our staff or other clients.
Parents are responsible for their children’s behaviour while at the studio.
We do not tolerate cruelty to children or animals and reserve the right to end a session early.
Photography
Photographs taken at Muse Portrait Studio are the property of Lyndsey James. Any unauthorised copying, duplication or reproduction will constitute as an infringement of copyright.
The studio reserves the right to use any photographs taken in the studio for display and advertising purposes.
Customers wanting further copies of prints can order them from Muse. The photographs will remain on file for a minimum of 12 months.
Data Privacy
We are committed to ensuring the privacy of our customers. We do not sell or exchange names or any other data about our customers with third parties. Any information supplied is kept confidential.
